Suleman Pervez is a Director on the Board of UBL Currency Exchange (Private) Limited

He is an Executive Vice President (EVP-3) and the Divisional Head of Field Audits at United Bank Limited (UBL). With a career spanning over 25 years, he is a seasoned expert in risk-based auditing, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. He currently serves as the second-in-command within the UBL Audit Group, where he administers field audits for a global network of over 1,700 branches and centralized operations.
Mr. Pervez brings extensive experience in liaising with domestic and international regulators and interacting with Board Audit Committees (BAC). His career includes significant tenures at the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) as an Inspecting Officer and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as Deputy Director of Monitoring and Inspection. He holds specialized certifications as a Certified Internal Control Auditor (C.I.C.A.) and a Certified Forensic and Audit Analyst (C.Fr.A.) from the USA.
