Muhammad Mushtaq is a Director on the Board of UBL Currency Exchange (Private) Limited

A Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of extensive experience in finance, information technology, and auditing. He currently serves as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Financial Controller at United Bank Limited (UBL) Head Office, where he oversees financial statements, regulatory reporting, overseas & Subsidiaries operations and lead Centralized Procurement Committee.
A specialist in financial automation and core banking systems, Mr. Mushtaq has led large-scale projects including the roll-out of core banking software across more than 1,300 branches globally. His career includes significant international experience, having served as Financial Controller – International in the UAE, where he managed the financial aspects of UBL’s network across UAE,Qatar, Bahrain and the USA. His technical expertise encompasses IFRS compliance, strategic budgeting and the winding up of international subsidiaries.
